Setting Up New Account

The transition to the new billing and payment systems for Travis County WCID - Point Venture is now complete. Customers may set up automatic payments either by using the email sent last week from Starnik or by visiting the District’s website

How to Set Up Automatic Payments

Option 1: Via Email from Starnik –Use the email sent from “DoNotReply from Inframark@Starnik.net”  to access your account and set up payments.  You will be receiving a second email from this address within the next 24 hours. Only customers with an email address on their account will receive the email.

Option 2: Via the District Website-

  1. Call the district office at 512-267-1641 or customer service at 832-467-1599 to get your security code.
  2. Visit the website: Travis County WCID - Point Venture
  3. Click Bill Payment, then Pay Your Bill Now.
  4. Select Sign Up Now (in blue).
  5. Enter your security code and email address.
  6. Click verify your email address.
  7. Check your email including spam.
  8. Click confirm registration and follow the prompts.
  9. You can then log in to your account.

Once logged in, you have the option to choose paperless billing or set up automatic payments using:

  1. Debit/Credit Card → 3% monthly service fee
  2. Bank Draft → $1.00 monthly fee

Customers who use their bank’s bill pay system can call the District to get their new account number to provide to their bank. If you are a bill pay customer who has already paid your October bill, it will be processed using your old account number. Please update your number with your bank after you receive your November bill to ensure proper processing going forward.
